Leading & Managing Through Change-A Personal & Organisational Perspective
Currently we live in a world that is constantly changing and one to which we are constantly readjusting. It begs the question as to what personal behaviours we need to change, and what we need to do now to support the organisation in the short term, and what long term restructuring we need to build to ensure its survival in the longer term.
The module includes an introduction to:
- Managing Stress.
- Building Resilience.
- Introduction to Neuroscience and need to build new brain circuits.
- Changing how we Think, Act and Behave.
- Driving Organisational Change through Change Sponsors.
Overall, the objective of the module is to make individuals more engaging, agile and proactive in a world where the old order has been replaced in some instances by chaos and complexity.
